We are a grant funded collaboration of prevention coalitions in Middle Tennessee seeking to change our community, now and in the future. No one missed. No stone unturned.

We currently comprise of Clay County, Jackson County, Putnam County, and Tennessee Technological University's substance abuse prevention coalitions and outreach efforts.

Our missions is to pool resources and community leaders and members in order to attack the regional issues that substance abuse had created. Our goal is to see a healthy, connected, addiction free Upper Cumberland. Our homes, our schools, our businesses.
